The Tea Party is an assembly whose whole root centred on the acronym Tea (Taxed Enough Already) is not religiously determined, in any event not on its entire. While absolutely the Tea Parties themselves, on top of the single Tea Partiers, could be somewhat progressive on social issues, it is in no way, shape or form their essential centring.
