Development of Character

To begin with development of character, Aristotle figured out human condition and thus presented a remarkable conclusion. As per his words, 'Only the good can be happy and also only the virtuous can be good'. This is known as a break thorough because one could only be happy in real means when he or she would be good person. However, on the other hand, as per Stack, an ethical person is that who has a prominent history with continuity and also the one who is guided by his choices and actions that highlighted repeatedly as much as possible.

As per the statement that choices that a person make has direct influence on the character, in this regard, one should not has any confusion because a person need to take responsibility of his personal life, no matter what might came in terms of moral or ethical conditions. An individual need to deal with the issues at present and also need to have courage of accepting himself as guilty in order of accepting the guilt as a debt that he owes the guilt as what is best in himself. Thus, the necessary choices that an individual need to make and develop character are the factors, which affect an individual in one way or the other.

Therefore, an individual can take full recognition of the character development that appropriate to himself as per his specificity and secondly not dominated by unconscious dispositions or tendencies. Secondly, the development of character is purely based on the reputation of an individual as well (Stack, 1973). Similarly, the reputation associated with how people think about and talk about an individual. Thus, if a person made right choices in his life and career than obviously this lead to development of positive character.
