Introduction
In today's working environment, sexual harassment has been a major concern for the UK employers and employees. The complaints from employees for sexual harassment have been increasing substantially for the few years. These issues have been at the most sensitive discussions in for the UK business analysts. The employers are progressively taking steps for the preserving and protection of their employees against sexual nuisance for increasing the morale as well as reducing legal costs. The research intended to study the effects of harassment in three complementary areas i.e. psychological, somatic and work related. Another aspect of the study intended to deal with female victims and how they managed to cope with it.
