The purpose of this memo is to present an elaboration of the understanding developed as a result of the study to identify the current workplace dynamics that are negatively influencing the productivity of the Roanoke, Virginia branch of Phoenix Advertising. The approach adopted for the purpose of this investigation and the subsequent report is based on an evaluation of the factors that may be involved in the cause-and-(negative) effect on the performance of the employees at Roanoke, Virginia branch of Phoenix Advertising. A number of possibilities were explored in this regard. In the following paragraphs, I will share the results of an in-depth investigation into the current dilemma.
The possibility of the development of excessive internal politics in the Roanoke, Virginia branch of Phoenix Advertising cannot be ignored. The development of internal politics may have occurred on account of inadequate employee growth and/or development implementation. Alternatively, internal politics may have taken root on account of the development of internal politics on account of the recent placement/movement of ineffective leaders at the top of the hierarchy.
