Water conservation is highlighted as an important point because most of the remote indigenous communities are dependent on the limited supply of groundwater. There are many identified reasons which aid the consumers to preserve water. The technologies which are currently used to be water efficient are based urban situations and are not appropriate for the remote indigenous communities. The reason is the technologies are not designed to withstand high levels of TDS, extreme and varied climatic conditions, variations in the domestic use of the water in the household and most importantly the poor maintenance. Water efficient technologies should be designed in order to cope with the current conditions they are presently implemented, rather than the remote indigenous communities are on the edge to change their lifestyles to adopt the benefits of water conservation (Wright, 2002).

It is a tremendously problematic issue to construct and hold better jobs in remote Australia. These remote and indigenous places have almost everything going against them like high transportation cost, large gaps between the markets and the suppliers, low populace found as skilled labor, difficulty in retaining new staff, high inflation of the Australian dollar and low wages as compared to the internationals standards. So this becomes obvious that is a troubleshooting to attract new business and create good jobs. The factor which goes in their favor is they have plenty of land for agriculture and in northern Australia agriculture is central to the country's economy and provides employment to the majority of the indigenous population. These jobs play a very important role in the economy of remote and regional communities (Harper, 2011).

Reflective practice is the key and an essential skill to develop as an allied health professional. Reflective practice refers to the development of considerately focusing on your-self experiences. By this, you can easily analyze your strength and weaknesses and can improve your practice out of the reflective process. To use the concept of reflective practice was first introduced by Donal Schon in 1983 (SARRAH, 2013). He explained about two types of reflections which emerge while working in a remote community. Reflection in action is defined as the process where the clinician identifies a new problem and thinks on while during the process of acting. The other type is defined as a reflection on action.

Reflection on action is the retroactive practice to undertake the order to uncover the knowledge which is used in a particular situation and then interpret the information which you can self-recall. During a reflective process, you may think on a situation which can be handled differently, and whether the future knowledge can change the situation.

Working in remote and rural settings allows the implementation of many opportunities for reflective practice. The issues and problems faced by many practitioners in a remote setting are very complex and hard to acquire a solution.
