Introduction

A minor crowd of users together as a set, is treated by one or more therapists, such form of psychotherapy is known as group therapy or group psychotherapy. When delivered in a group format, it legitimately is referred to any form of psychotherapy that can be applied to psychodynamic group therapy, including of interpersonal therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy, and where by examining, discovering and developing personal relations inside the crowd, the group process and group context is explicitly utilized.

Discussion

Groups become valuable endeavors through these mechanisms.
