Introduction

I believe that the PEACE domestic violence program can be benefited by both the objective-oriented and project-wide evaluation plans. However, in accordance to program, the project comprehensive evaluation will be more appropriate as the program can be set up for the client's families, the clients and staff. A better detailed description of the plan is provided by the project-wide evaluation. In order to improve a program, I believe, feedback must be collected from every area possible. It is necessary that the evaluation plan must be carried out in a professional manner.

Overview of the Program

To promote the initiatives of recovery through direct assistances, to empower survivors and to reduce the trauma of victims, are the parts of the extensive objective of PEACE Domestic Violence Agency. The Agency is continually striving to challenge the beliefs that condone and perpetuate acts of violence in the community and the values and norms of society.

With the help of awareness and education, it is also engaged in reduction of sexual assault and domestic violence individuals. The agency offers its services in the city of Portland which is a community. Families are supported by the funding program of the National Foundation that strives to fulfill several objectives in severe accidents for their assistance.

The Investor Program and the Small Grants Program are the two major programs of the foundation to provide funds to non-profits. For registering the charities, grants of above five thousand dollars are offered with an annual budget under five hundred dollars, by the Small Grants Program. However, the six organizations that are designed with each objective of the Supporting Families Program are supported with above one hundred and fifty thousand dollars annually till 3 years, by the Investor Program.

The ability to allocate the funds in ways that will be beneficial for the community in the most effective and fastest way possible and proper funding are required by the program. However, due to which, an alternative funding method will be looked out by the PEACE. PEACE will try to obtain nontraditional funding through one of the most important ways, i.e. The Community Innovation Challenge.

To servicing victims of domestic violence and sexual assaults and to improve the efficiency of domestic issues, a variety of ways are provided by the PEACE Domestic Violence Agency. The business' planned goals are regulated by the central focus that is derived from a consequential approach and a strategic mission statement.
