The article discusses the need for just practice when it comes to compensation. The purpose of the article is to guide the managers who determine the compensation of employees working at different levels in the organization. They have to remain prudent and ensure distributive justice. This means that not only the basic needs of the employers should be met, but they should also be treated in an impartial manner.
