Introduction

This paper intends to discuss the practical application of Paul's strategy for ministry found in Philippians. This being an investigative essay will analyze and anticipate the most important aspects associated with the strategy for ministry applied by Paul found in Philippians. The processes which Paul utilized will also be identified and discussed within this paper. Moreover, an investigation will be made for the purpose of analyzing the methods, materials and programs utilized in today's churches to make disciples. The resources most common will be identified along with the effectiveness of the resources. The extent to which the resources implement the Biblical Model will be identified. Lastly, I would provide an overview that if I were a pastor; which resources would my church utilizes in order to make the practical application of strategies for ministries more effective. The purpose of this paper is to make the readers aware about the significance of processes and resources utilized for making the ministries more efficient and effective.

The Practical Application of Paul's Strategy for ministry found in Philippians 4:9

The strategy of Paul was basically meant to revolve around the concept of multiplication within the ministry. The form utilized by Paul can easily be regarded as a 'teacher model' form. Paul seems to be extremely proud, confident and sure about his model and the underlying success of his strategy for running the ministry successfully. In several verses; Paul seems to encourage and appreciate the readers about the significance of his model within the Church of Philippi. Paul urged his readers to continue following his footsteps to reach the most appropriate results (Longenecker, 1971 Pp. 10-15).

Paul depicted significant courage and guts while practically applying the strategy of Paul for the ministry found in Philippians. Being in a role of teacher, pastor or minister; a significant responsibility lies to provide effective model examples to the flocks. The practical application of Paul's strategy provided an effective example of model. Paul was different from other teachers in a sense that other teachers do not provide bold and confident results to make the straight forward claims as Paul used to do. I believe that the approach of multiplication in practically applying the strategy of Paul was successful enough (George, 2001 Pp. 6-8).

Paul was keen to make several other people like him in a spiritual manner to make sure that spirits remain in the same manner once the time for Paul is over. The teaching of Paul about suggesting that his followers must practice all that they have learned, heard and seen Paul doing. Paul believed that he was at the level of excellence so he wanted his followers to follow him and get multiplied to make sure that the people are confident about the teachings.
