Introduction

Hispanics are an ethnic group in the United States, all residents of Hispanic or Spanish origin covers. The term was coined in the 1970s by the U.S. government. Due to the mixing of different ethnicities in the USA during the last 400 years has the concept of no discriminatory power , essentially the membership is based on the Hispanics on a self-assessment that identifies the U.S. population every ten years in a Census, a sort of written census questionnaires (Alcoff, Martín, p. 395-407).
