Introduction

This piece of study's* aim is to discuss about the political platforms of the two presidential candidates for the presidential election which will held in November 2012. It would be the 57th quadrennial Presidential Election of the United States, and the election will be likely to feature the current President Barack Obama against the Republican candidate who is yet to be decided, and for the Democrats. Moreover,* the election will also be featuring the current President against the progressively more obligatory nominee of the third party. In addition to this, the Presidential Election will be commencing with the state level nationwide primaries, as well as, causes which were scheduled to be addressed in the January of the year 2012 (Vanden, pp. 1).

Moreover,* the elections are likely to see the appointment of a Vice President as well, and after being started in January, these elections ended in June 2012 in South Dakota, Montana, and New Mexico. Thus,* this process will be completed in duration of five months with the convention of Democratic and Republican Parties scheduled to be held in the month of August in Tampa and in September in Charlotte.
