Introduction

With the occurrence of the late seventeenth and early eighteenth century, colonial America witnessed a majority of developmental reforms. Since the American economy was going through a transition at that time, there were many development reforms that occurred to shape the new America. The American cities became significant seaports and the Southern part of America stopped its function of contributing to the colonial America.
