The purpose of this paper is to introduce the detailed management system for Digitech Inc a newly formed organization promoting mobile bill pay with fingerprint recognition. The management system of Digitech Inc includes the identification of strategic objectives and goal to achieve the appropriate results and continuous progress for the newly formed organization. The management system works on the strategic planning to identify, implement and evaluate the marketing and sales processes, as well as the information technology design used to facilitate the product launch. Planning may also include monitoring of the processes and the future requirement changes.

Digitech management system is an interdisciplinary field of biometrics focused on providing bill-pay finger print recognition. The management system allows the organization to account for processes from business, engineering, manufacturing, and technical service. The management system reduces costs, mitigate risk and improve product quality by allowing customer to use their mobile devices to pay bills with fingerprint recognition (Exhibit 1).

The company concentrates on creating a culture of achievement and accomplishment, anchored in personal responsibility and accountability. These are also the core foundational elements of change management programs and strategies (Hoque, Zmud & Wilson, 2006). The Digitech is meant to provide its users with the architectural experience, availability and connectivity that completely meet their requirements. The overall experience of the transactions, payments and other operations that are associated with the networks, devices and geographical limits will be assessed, improved and maintained.
