Learning and growth perspective in Balanced Score Card (BSC) 

BSC is a performance tool in strategic management that is used to keep the track of employees' activities and the consequences arise from these activities. It is the concise report that includes the combination of financial and non-financial measures each of which compared to a 'target' value of the business. Learning and growth perspective of Business Score Card provides the structural framework that give target achievements in the other three perspectives. The other three perspectives include financial operations, internal business procedures and customer services. Learning and growth perspective focuses on employee capabilities, employee satisfaction, employee retention and capabilities, motivation, empowerment and alignment with objectives.
