Daycare centers have advocates who are responsible for providing total care to children who are in an extreme need of parental care and attachment. They make sure that they fulfill their duties adequately at their position of a center director.

Living in a modern city is often deliberated as apprehensive; people migrate in order to avail better opportunities, their professional goals and other emergency work. So current trends in society give rise to nuclear family systems. According to current trends of modernization, society has already accepted the drift of the nuclear family system. In order to facilitate children of such families, child day care centers had been introduced years ago because parents of such families leave their houses in order to complete their tasks and career. In such cases, their child got ignored as their parents leave their original towns and stay away from their elders otherwise they would have taken care of the child.

Child care directors in day centers are responsible for ensuring that the staff performs their duties according to the mark and all the operations of the school go as planned. He monitors, evaluates and approves special activity programs, complementary, recreational, sporting and cultural programs. They evaluate the performance of teachers and organize and approve the schedule of activities of the school year. Also, they develop and execute the draft and proposed budget for the unit. Not only this, they ensure compliance with the rules, procedures and regulations governing the school. They direct the Council of Professors and other campus events.
