Among the mid-priced brand of hotels, Holiday Inn is a modern hotel. It was an economy motel chain formerly. The Holiday Inn is one of the brands of the British InterContinental Hotels Group. It is the largest hotel chains of the world. It globally has 3,414 hotels, 434,357 bedrooms. Each year, it has 100 million guest nights globally (Andrews, 2009, pp.65). The Holiday Inn London is one of the stylish and luxurious hotels. Its main aim is to provide its guests with a first class hotel experience at an affordable price within the range of the customer's expenses. The idea of Holiday Inn derived by the Kemmons Wilson, who thought of establishing a lovely hotel after having the experience from the roadside motels of that time. The name 'Holiday Inn' given by the architect of the hotel, name Eddie Bluestein. The first Holiday Inn formed in August 1952 as the Holiday Inn Hotel Courts. InterContinental Hotels Group now owned the hotel 'Holiday Inn'.
