A leader is someone who inspires, who makes decisions affecting the company in a positive way and can assemble a team and get to work mixed with a common goal .A leader must be someone who can rally others towards the desire to achieve the desired outcome.

The presidency is a unique institution in the U.S. system of government. A paradox, the president is at once both powerful and dependent on other branches and on public opinion for success. He or she speaks with a singular voice, yet his or her ability to move public opinion significantly is limited.
