The economic opening of China promoted a set of transformations that restructured format of their society. The creation of a socioeconomic class of such proportions created a large generation gap and weakened subservient culture of Chinese society. The members of this class can notice the contradictions of its political system. The entire business world looks to China as essentially a single global market, which is able to help the world is rapidly getting out of the economic crisis. The fact is that China is able to absorb large quantities of various products, food, machinery, technology, services and know-how. On the other side is more capable than ever in many areas to secure itself a number of areas and fields is soaring (Gómez, 2009). Logic is about the state of the Chinese government stimulus package to boost the economy is mainly intended to support local businesses and ensure a high level of employment, particularly the rural population.
