Introduction

TPL or Tracker Properties Limited or usually known as THL or the Group initiated its operations in the year 2000 in the Asian region. It provides vehicle tracker and security services by utilizing location based services or LBS technology. Ever since it has continued its operations in developing LBS product portfolio that offers services and products for auto financing, fleet management, targeting corporate consumers along with navigation services that is targeted towards retail market. The Tracker Group expanded its operations during 2006 in UAE region and other global markets.

Core Businesses

The TPL has been engaged in five types of businesses, which are described below:

Main Business:

The main businesses of TPL are those that utilize its core technology of LBS backbone of its products. It is comprised of TPL Tracker Ltd and TPL Security services Ltd companies.

Related Business:

These are businesses that leverage the customer base developed and owned by the core business to cross sells related products and services. It is comprised of TPL Direct Insurance Ltd and TPL Financial consultancy Private Ltd companies.

Support Business:

These are businesses that support the core and related businesses by providing financial benefits. It includes TPL Properties Private Ltd Company.

Diversified Business:

These businesses have been started by the Group to enter into new business lines that are not related to the core business but will potentially provide significant financial benefits to the Group. It includes TPL Energy Private Ltd Company.

TPL Properties Ltd

I have chosen to work on TPL Properties Pvt Ltd; it is one of the Group's businesses. TPL Properties is the real estate division of the Group, and its first project “Centre point” which is at the heart of its current activities, introducing a prestigious proposition to make investment in 'Office Real Estate' not only financially lucrative but also a status symbol for its occupants and is designed exclusively for a Modern Office Complex with latest in-house infrastructure facilities. It has a separate team of project consultants and Management who are known to have the good skills and professional capabilities in their field of expertise, to develop an Office Complex. It has risen financed from its 6 competent sponsors in the market and various financial institutions for its current project.

Objectives of business

The primary Objectives of the company are given below:

To form a unique non-migrating customer base by providing them with full satisfaction by the design and facilities being constructed in its project thus, providing a high-end office complex with various unique features specifically for the current project.

TPL must work in integrated secure technology environment with significant redundancy controls. Use detailed digitized maps of major cities in Pakistan. Use innovative and safe machineries that reduce human effort and consume less time i.e. use cost effective methods in construction.

To create an extensive distribution network that can provide significant synergies to new businesses. TPL must maintain strong relations with its suppliers for raw materials and must work with renowned designers, architects ...
