Introduction

The Christian ministry is considered as one of the most critical one. The question is that what is the most effective and efficient Christian ministry. The major purpose is to simply educating the people about Bible in the setting of Christianity that is driving spiritual formation to towards other discipleship. One of the most important considerations is to establish that things that can separate such complex and which one of them are more sign cant overlapping others. However, a true disciple is can be defined as to become a compact and the competent followers of the Jesus Christ. The true disciple is also requires to have true ambitions of learning that should be exist in it. This is also stated that discipleship is the process and life style of the deliberate e choices as well as decision to follow the Jesus and obey all the things that he commanded to perform. In the current time, the culture of church are based on the three major and key environments in which the growth is more prominent: Christian Discipleship, Christian Education and Christian Spiritual formation. This is can be shown that there are number of similarities and difference has occurs between the growth of these three environments. However, these are the chosen question that arises for examine this study, which of the three is a church's ministry most interested? Does it matter which one is of most interest to a ministry? To answered these question in more effective way I am establishing a description or definition of the each of these three elements within the context of the church.
