The short film “The Entrepreneurial Spirit” by Avalon is the film which is spirit of the entrepreneur who has started the business of bakery. The organizational environments seem satisfactory and it can be seen that all the workers are satisfied and following all the ethical principles within their organization to avoid any kind of organizational issues (The Responsibility Project, 2012). However, cultural diversity is the major organizational issue that can be assumed from the short film. Cultural diversity creates conflicts between the workers within the organization and minorities find the barriers in getting their rights in the organizational issue of cultural diversity. Ineffective promotion and advertising is also the lacking element in the short film which can arise many issues in gaining the profit from the bakery (The Responsibility Project, 2012).
