Introduction

With regards to the observations, it can be said that the experiences and the skills of the individuals in the US differ. However, we fail to question about the ways in which the views differ and fail to recognize how ideology differs for individuals. This is the reason why we tend to implement the impose ideologies on the others; however it is important to build a foundation that is universally sound. Adult Day Care center is one of the very well known day care center for adults in United States. The center is involved in providing various health care services, meal and social activities which range from physical therapy to medication management. History has shown us various kinds of uncertainties, contradictions and disappointments because of which it is important to create a world which should be more rational. This is important because races who are ignorant continue to die in order to attain progress, because of which it is important to focus on the priorities. Rationality of science is important to ensure that it does not revolve around symbolic radicalism.

Moreover, it is also vital to acquire knowledge in order to create a better world. Experiences and ideologies of the people differ with regards to the situations that come in their lives and this is the basis that determines their thinking. Therefore, the reality should be equal to the experience the people have in their daily lives (Strinati, 1995). Today, information is valued and is also very much beneficial for the individuals to form their opinions and express the realities of life. Individuals who have been deprived from speaking and expressing themselves should also be given an opportunity to speak. People often tend to take advantages of the people who are not privileged and impose their values on them. The issues regarding managing diversity are now a day's very crucial for organizations. Therefore, this paper focuses on the diversity at workplace.

Problem Statement

This research work was born out of years of observation of different employee reaction their diverse backgrounds and organization performance which has a significant effect on the general effectiveness of the systems. Adult Day Care Center is staffed by people from a variety of cultural background. How can the organizations manage the cultural diversity among it's employees in a way that makes the organization more productive and effective.
