The Cost of Justice

Abstract

Justice has always been a concept of moral rightness which is equally based on ethics, rationality, law, natural law, religion etc, and punishment is based on the breach of said ethics; justice is the act of being just and/or fair. Taking a broader view of the contemporary theories, they say that justice is overwhelmingly important. The state has the responsibility to maintain the law and order and make sure that no one's rights are violated and in order to make sure of this, laws pertaining to justice are enforced. The roots of justice are very old and therefore in every era, revolution has been witnessed in order to maintain law and order. In short it was the corrupt justice system that led people to work for revolution.

Main Body

Everyone has their own definition to define what justice is, the religion may define justice in a different manner, whereas the sociologists may define justice in a different way. Over all, justice is what helps maintain the human rights and make sure no one is disturbed within their personal limits.

Well there is still a big question today in the mind of people whether the justice is being served to the people or not. This perception varies from country to country and from situation to situation. There are a lot of countries where the law and order situation is so bad that the countries have failed to maintain a positive relationship with the environment, and there are those countries to which have very well maintained the peace of the environment.
