The Congress

Introduction

Congress is said to be one the three branches that the federal government is composed off. The federal government is composed of three branches based on the premise that the Constitutional Convention delegates intended to split the power amidst the federal government. They did not intend to give the entre control or the power to one entity as they were concerned of the fact that if one small group gets the power then there is more likely to be a tyrant or a dictator that will take over the government.
