Three chosen companies for this paper are Build-A-Bear Workshop, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, and Men's Wearhouse.

Build-A-Bear Workshop sells stuffed animals, mainly known for selling teddy bears, is an American based company. It is considered to be amongst the 100 best companies to work in; it currently ranks 62 out of 100 best companies to work for (Fortune, 2013). The company give importance to its employees by providing motivation and stresses on team coherence. The company provides its employees benefits to keep up their motivation, such as company offers health insurance and 401 (k) plans.

Company encourages team coherence at work place to assist kids making their stuffed animals by showing friendly behaviour towards them. It is important to maintain group coherence and achieve shared goals with that of company. The environment of the company is maintained as such that gives a positive feeling to its customers. Build-A-Bear Workshop believes in serving customers with smiley faces by providing them best customer service. The only way to satisfy customers in an efficient manner is by satisfying its employees in term of job satisfaction.
