The information biases in the media serves as a diversion when it comes to obtaining information. These biases are based on sensations and developed hypothetically in order to create a picture different from the true scenario. Mostly these biases are negative which develop negativity in the society, which are borne by the administration. They reduce the motivation of the citizen to urge for the knowledge and research. The motive of the news, which needed to be identified, is that whether they are more diverted towards conservatism or liberalism. The partisan views of the journalists is continuously mixed in the original news which changes the dynamics of the news presented, thus leads to the biases. However, there are certain rules and regulations, which monitor the conduct of the journalists. The partisan views are blocked only by the values of the agencies for which journalists work and the editorial board who finally reviews the issues. Mostly individuals who have been able to identify the biases of the news are only able to do it based on the perception and believe they hold. However, there are three views, which are primarily held by the individuals. People on the left believe that the news are presenting a conservative view point, people on the right believe that the news are more drifted towards the liberalism whilst the individuals which are able to hold a neutral view are able to see news as indifferent to their personal values (Smith, 2010).
Despite bringing originality in the media while reducing the biases, people who have strong beliefs on particular issues will not be adjusting with the biases and thus it will be difficult to satisfy them. On the other, hand the individuals who have been able to identify the biases are able to protect themselves from the news and able to develop the news themselves. On the national level, there is a preference for the system, which is partisan. This develops the desire to explore critique and analyze the issues, which an individual faces. The societies where these biases exist end up debates in a deadlock due to them, and the journalists are already preoccupied with partisan biases that they ignore other information biases (Smith, 2010).
