Introduction

The twentieth century witnessed a number of novel leaders who influenced their areas of work to a great extent. Gandhi was one of them. Real leaders reveal plan. They set out first. They do not take a seat on the minor positions. They do not inquire others to carry out what they are reluctant to perform themselves. In its place, they show the way by model. Mahatma Gandhi is a great exemplar of this. Throughout my life, I have always looked to Mahatma Gandhi as an inspiration and motivation, for the reason that he exemplifies the type of transformational change that can be made when ordinary people come together to do unexpected things.

Influence of Mahatma Gandhi in my Life

Gandhi possessed an acute and keen ethical awareness that means would color ends and that only just, non-violent way would give an idea about the way to a just and pleasant-sounding social order. The means may be associated to a seed, the ending to a tree; and there is just the same unchallengeable association between the means and the end as there is between the seed and the tree.' It is that sanguinity and that continually argued thought which almost certainly makes Gandhi so smart and so significant a figure in the world of today.

But what differentiates him from the others is his different way of thoughts. Their acquisitiveness was completely at discrepancy with his religious concerns, on the other hand practical one might believe these to be. In maxim this, on the other hand, one must not fail to notice one crucial junction in their contemplation: they all laid as much focus on means as on ends, paying special concentration to how to bring about variation. It is this facet and important feature in Gandhi's reflection that distinguishes him from a whole group of earlier utopian socialists - that it was as imperative to make official the means of transformation as it was the ends. There was an unprincipled, hardhearted, Machiavellian reception that the ends justified the means. It is due to all these outstanding traits in Gandhi's personality which led greater attention in my life. Perchance most significant of these was the attitude of non violence experienced by Mohandas "Mahatma" Gandhi, the religious person in charge of India's self-government progress in the primary half of the 20th century..
