Abstract

The judicial decision making process is a result of many influences in terms of judicial background, political party affiliation and culture to which the judge belongs to. These influences can at time partly affect the way a judge thinks and analyze cases. The beliefs and value of judge also play an important role in addition to his knowledge and experience.
