The Advancement of Education System through Mobile Technology in the Kingdom of Jordan

The present educational research allows us to better understand how universities can provide an adequate learning environment to students. The vitality of mobile learning and integrated technology cannot be denied in today's fast paced world. The universities in Jordan do realize the importance of incorporating mobile learning in its universities. However, no major technological advancements or mobile learning essentials have been implemented in Jordan so far. With the use of mobile learning; the level of education is bound to improve in the country. A lack of innovation and mobile learning essentials in the avenues of education is negatively affecting the university education standard in Jordan. In the presence of the current issues, there is a dire need for the educational system of Jordan to implement mobile learning in its educational system.

The present study examined the major challenges in the implementation of mobile learning in the country. The study was aimed at highlighting the benefits of mobile learning and its role in an adequate transfer of knowledge and skills. The discussion on the benefits of mobile learning would increase awareness on the prospects of mobile learning and would assist the implementation of the technology. The major hindrances in the implementation of integrated technologies and mobile learning discussed in the study; would enhance the support for its implementation in Jordanian universities among the masses. The orthodox mindset of the students would be questioned by the empirical research on the subject.
5.3 Please describe your research design in 300-450 words.
The research would be based on primary data. Every attempt would be made to obtain accurate information on the variables studied in the research. The primary data and statistics discussed in the study would supplement the outcome of the research and would assist us in drawing inferences. Primary data includes raw information collected from a primary source. Interviews and questionnaires would be used to study our research questions.
The interview would consist of ten questions and would ask the respondents to give descriptive answers. The descriptive response from the participants would allow us draw adequate inferences. It would also assist in changing the long held perceptions about incorporation of technology in Jordanian universities.
The research design of the study would also include focus groups. The focus groups would allow an insight on the core issues which hinder the implementation of mobile technology in Jordan. It would assist in inculcating a better understanding of the different perceptions and views on the topic. The use of focus groups in the study would allow the researchers to identify the real issues and become well aware of peoples' attitudes.
