Introduction

Domestic Terrorism in US

In the United States of America Domestic Terrorism initially took hype in the 1980's, in which several incidents were reported. The FBI inquired about all the incidents and related it to domestic terrorism. There were more than 250 cases reported, and after complete investigation, the FBI stamped it under the domestic violence as all the cases carried out were performed by the United States of America's citizens. The domestic terrorism has fled all across the States bringing more uncertainty and panic in the environment.Meaning of Domestic Terrorism

Over the years, the meaning and the definition of domestic terrorism has changed. Not only has the meaning changed over the years, but also the acts of the domestic violence have also taken fresh faces as people are using various techniques to terrorize people. In 1994, the Terrorist Research and Analytical centre of the FBI produced a memorandum under which they defined the meaning of domestic terrorism legally. It is defined as an unlawful act that forces violence which two or more people commit (group) in opposition to a person or even a group of people for either direct or any other objectives (political, social etc) (books.google.com).

At present, the law of the United States of America has applied the act of USA Patriot, which is against, the domestic violence. Under this act, any person or a group of people perform an act against someone which is dangerous, for the human life comes under the violation of the United Sates criminal laws. Any person who has a coercive action against the population or even by affecting the citizens of the state with weapons, mass destructive elements, assassination or even kidnapping is working against the laws of the criminal acts (Jeffrey 2003).

Extremist in United States of America

In United States of America, a lot of the extremist groups are in viewed creating panic and chaos all over the society. These groups mainly base on all those people who are either against the United States or its government. Effects of extremism are on the basis of the political aggression or even on the basis of rivalry among different people. People also become extremists due to personal conflicts that become more severe and eventually force the person to perform such acts (Brent, 1994).Discussion

There are several occasions where people of the United States of America are getting under panic attacks by the militants through several means. Protestors have even claimed it as the inefficiency of the government, the FBI also the armed forces. Many of the attacks done by such terrorists are mainly suicide attacks, and it is, therefore, that the government is most of the time unable to identify the actual victim. From the attack on the World Trade centre up till now, millions of cases are registered where the activists are anonymous.
