The first evaluation is on the topic called Regional Development and Payments for Ecosystem services. Due to all of the pollution causing, man-made technologies, there has been extensive damage to the planet and its fragile ecosystem. Though the technical advancements are important to the world, what has become equally important is cleaning up the hazardous waste and pollution caused by such industries. Therefore, environmental jobs have become much sought after positions, due to the desire of many to have a positive impact on the ecosystem, and repair the damage to it.

Environmental jobs encompass a vast spectrum of fields and fascinating sciences. Green Jobs can range from jobs in waste management, plastic, metal and glass recycling, to being a research scientist seeking ways to reverse the effects of pollution in our atmosphere and reduce global warming. Those positions in the "Green Industry" are just the tip of the iceberg. The field is expanding more and more each day as our concern for the planet continues to escalate. Therefore, the Regional development and the Payments for Ecosystem concept are very vital to bring improvement in the environment. The second evaluation is on the company Generation Ltd which even works for the betterment of the environment. An Environmental Policy is a statement outlining the business's strategy for environmental management. It should include objectives, with deadlines. Ideally, it should work in conjunction with a more comprehensive Environmental Management System (EMS). A successful EMS helps a business manage any operations that could affect the environment. It will help the business to be more environmentally friendly, showing them how to measure the consumption and reduce waste. Once any business can effectively reduce, re-use and recycle, they will benefit by making tangible cost savings, reducing the environmental impact. Therefore, Generation Ltd would even need to follow the same procedure. Many organisations formalise their policy with the environmental management standard ISO 14001, which works in a similar way to the previously mentioned ISO 9001 quality management standard. It demonstrates their commitment to reducing their environmental effect and also helps save money in areas of consumption and waste. Becoming certified to a recognised standard like ISO 14001 will improve tender prospects and it is also recognised that certified businesses are better managed and have enhanced customer loyalty.

The third evaluation is on the economic development after achieving the benefits of environmental management. When planning a Local Economic Development (LED) strategy, a simple plan can help the companies to achieve quantifiable results. Prioritizing and addressing local issues is an effective way to ensure the limited resources are well represented and used. The first thing is organize the community and then make an effort to identify people, businesses and local organizations with vested interest in the local economy. Then the organizations need to build a foundation with the skill sets needed to implement a successful strategy. The next thing is to develop the strategy.
