Currently, Ten Spot has its operations in four different locations. Furthermore, the business is aims to expand it further into many different locations. However, there are certain strong points, as well as, weak points for Ten Spot, which it must consider, before implementing its desire to expand into new location, into a reality (Johnson, 2011). Following are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for Ten Spot:

Strengths

Numerous strengths can be highlighted in regard to Ten Spot, as an anti-spa business.
