Introduction

After the dramatic events that took place recently by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, would not come over to inform the public that both humans and their predecessors, tend to seek settlements in these parts of the perverse nature. It is neither of chance and even less of ignorance, but rather out of necessity (Pluijm and Marshak 2004).
