Introduction

New technologies, particularly the Internet, global computer network and mobile phones allows access to various public services such as email, instant messaging and many other services. This allows people around the world to interact through different technology. This paper deals with the impact of technology on the human relationships and especially on their social relationships. The study revolves around the internet and the advantages and disadvantages on human relationship. We will study the influence of new technologies on human relationships, to answer this issue, we discuss firstly the positive aspects of the Internet on human relationships and in a second time we see the negative impact that may these new technologies on human relationships. New technologies represent a new form of society and social cohesion, partnership networks and connections. Internet happens to be an excellent means of communication, which helps promote contact, and also to be in line with many people (Black & Lynch, p. 434).

The socialization process is of great importance in the life of young people: a through contact with the environment and young children learn behaviors, skills, motivations, values ??and beliefs, adjusted to the cultural environment around them. The media is one of the most important influences in this context of socialization. In the last fifty years, the literature scientific culture about the role of television in the development of young people so demonstrated.
