It has always been a mystery if machines make history machines or history. Many smart men on this earth have tried to respond to this puzzling question. There are certain arguments presented of which Robert Heilbroner (technological determinist accentuating on machines first) and Raymond Williams (a social determinist focusing on society first) present the most rational arguments.
