Introduction

Home start a Wellingborough charity organisation in Wellingborough requires a website. This project will result in the development of new website for the organisations and supports Home-Start, communication strategy by providing a usable and secure website, to be used by a variety of clients. This would to help to improve efficiency in both the workplace and improve communication strategy with users. There a number of web solutions that has been considered as a solution for the client. These are discussed in this document later on. Home-Start has been growing from strength to strength gaining more clients and expanding their services base .A website would make it a lot easier to communicate with clients, market their services and improve internal communication.

Client Background

Home start supports almost 77,000 vulnerable children across UK, Home Start act as an umbrella for these Charity, other charities include Home Start Leicester, The charity support family by volunteer to visit families 2 to 3 hours a day to assist with the family could not do due to different circumstance.

Services Provided

Home Start provide support to the children and parents within the area of Welling borough, Northants in Northampton service such as assistance for those with difficult learning, assist with playing. Volunteer are parents.

Audience

The targeted audience for the Home-Start Wellingborough charity organisation website will be Polish, Black, Asian and others, also to the members, management as well as volunteers bust mainly preferable are those who are parents.

Communications Conduct

Communication refers to the transference of information from one person to another. Communication is effective when ideas or concepts, encoded in such a manner that the person to whom it is directed can derive the exact meaning for which the message was intended. The communication process is completed through a source of the communication process, called medium, which may be written, oral or visual. Every medium has its own specification and attributes. In this paper, we will discuss and analyze the strategies used to improve the effectiveness of written and visual communication (Pratt 2011, p.31).

Meetings

The meetings are a way to share, within a group of people, the same level of knowledge on a subject or problem and make decisions collectively. In the context of the paper meetings tends to become important because it allows collective decisions, with representatives from various entities to be easily accepted by all.
