Introduction

Technology is everything, "the body of knowledge specific to the mechanical trades and industrial arts." The large modern factories, with their complicated mechanisms and the wonderful industrial processes are developed in them, all demonstrate the technological progress. When we talk about technology, just come to mind words such as: computers, video games, CDs, etc. Without thinking that this word refers to any number of machines or tools driven by a force not human but has to be directed by the man (Camp, 2006). With the invention of various technological devices that are used daily can easily restore or build projects that are done, since this is a means of control that governs most of the project properties and helps to do it more quickly, also more reliable if it is something interpersonal or will wander in a field such as web friendly (Wayman, & Stringfield, 2006).

Technology, with its pros and cons, has developed wonderfully and allowed to prolong life, improve health systems and have advanced production methods and distribution of different things like food crops, clothing, etc. Technology has also contributed to the development of new manufacturing techniques and has made communication and transportation faster and more efficient. Technology and innovation play an important role in strengthening the competitive capabilities of all businesses, including small firms, and in differentiating them from their less innovative and technologically savvy counterparts. However, technological capability and innovativeness are generally not associated with the so-called mom-and-pop or lifestyle businesses (Maxwell, 2000). Although the technology is not the only factor that determines competitiveness today is widespread view that all things that can change the rules of competition, technological change as the most important figure. The competitive advantages derived from scientific knowledge now become technologies.
