The Prehistory corresponds to the first stage of human evolution and began with the emergence of the first hominids, close to four million years ago and extends to the appearance of the first written records from around 4000 BC. It was a very important period, because prehistoric man made several advances in production techniques of artifacts. These advances have allowed them to better living conditions.
