Introduction

     It is now nearly the end of the semester since we begun employed simultaneously as a assembly and I have had many of know-how particularly those which engage assembly work as well as one-by-one task even though there have been many of trials and these trials have been good since all the hard work I have been through have has conveyed some good fruits. In detail it provided me a possibility to understand myself and furthermore my assembly members. Learning is a long method and in all grades we are discovering and the distinction that arrive is the way one-by-one get information regardless of the area they are studying.

     A group is a assembly of persons that share a widespread aim with one another. Teams are an absolutely crucial part of the employed world.
