Designing and developing of the content for the project assigned, Designing cost structure for the project in accordance with the required budget by the client, Assigning relevant assignments related to the projects to the project officers, Monitoring and regulating the project officers, Making sure the project officers are in complete compliance with the assignments assigned to them.

Responsibilities

Providing complete progress reports to the Project Head on daily basis, Controlling, monitoring and training of subordinates, Making sure the project officers are in complete compliance with the project, Measuring the performance of the project officers and making sure they meet their deadlines.

Accountability

Making sure that the project is executed and ended in time with compliance, Company Deadlines should be met, and Monthly/Yearly team targets should be reached, Responsible for the performance of subordinates.

Revising and making sure the project is in complete compliance as to the client's specific needs, Proofreading the final draft, Making necessary adjustments to the final projects, Designing and developing of special assignments, approving the final draft for submission.

Responsibilities

Making sure that the project officers have the relevant data to proceed with the project requirements, making sure that the final draft of the project have all the requirements and details required by the client, Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.

Making sure that the project is executed and ended in time with compliance, Company Deadlines should be met, and Monthly/Yearly team targets should be reached.
