Abstract
Cognitive development stage is the most crucial phase for every child as this is the peak time for them to learn new things around them and they experience mental growth and increased understanding of practical issues. They learn to grasp things, analyze them and learn to react accordingly. Cognitive training makes it easier for the child to show progress at early stage of life and later on throughout the entire life.

Introduction
A child belongs to that particular age group that is below the puberty age. A child tends to grow gradually with the passage of time. The term development refers to that ultimate growth that a child seeks over a span of time. Child development literally means changes in terms of emotion, psychology and biology that seem to take place in the life of human from the time he took birth till the end of adolescence. Whereas cognitive growth deals with just the mental procedures of perception ,judgment and reasoning in contrast with emotional aspects including fluctuations in a child's thinking, language and understanding. Early childhood development is influenced by characteristics of the child, his immediate family and the social environment. As all of these young individual experiences progress, they keep on switching to a more autonomous approach.
Each child goes through a continuous growth but as each individual belongs to different living and environment, their pace of overall development varies accordingly at divergent rates. Childhood stage is indeed a very distinctive phase of the human life. There's no such uniform stage for all, every child is believed to get evolved at variant footsteps. To determine the best mechanism for the training and development of a child, the prior trainer must know how to study the development process and maturation cycle for a child. Childhood for a child works as a foundation, and it is when a child experiences changes and learns to adapt those changes practically.
When the development stage is once analyzed, the trainer may now know actually and literally at what stage a child is, and this is how they can best decide how to train that particular child. The most important concept in this regard is age appropriate education. One should not push children to do tasks for which they are not mentally capable or ready. Because they just started interacting with the outer world, let them be the one who decides how they feel like being trained by you.
Because children will start experiencing cognitive growth, they will be witnessed getting involved into more complex and imaginary characters and scenarios. This kind of study will aid the observation process, and the trainer or the caretaker will know how each child reacts to various situations making it obvious what temperament a particular child possesses and how he is suppose to be treated.
