Abstract

The prime objective of this report is to aware people about the learning disability problems that individual face because of either genetic issue, neurobiological issues, or because of some unexpected accident. Learning disabilities is a unique problem that individual are some times unable to accept because of mental thinking and fear of facing society. This research will also describe the operational activities of the CLDC institute and their efforts towards the reduction of problems faced by these peoples.

Teaching Families about learning disabilities

Introduction

A child with learning disability center was incorporated in year 2000. Since then this institution has thousands of children and parents that were suffering from learning disabilities. We aim to increase the confidence level of those persons as this is one important aspect of life they lack, and our aim is to provide these people, their families, and workers a respectable position in the society they are living (UNICCO, 2001).

Since its incorporation, CDLC has become one of the largest public serving organization that voluntarily works for the betterment of the society, and humanity in general. Currently we are operating in all the major state of United States of America, and planning to expend its operation throughout the country in next 10 years (Epps, 2007). CDLC is also planning to start its services in global market especially in countries where these people are discriminated in every field of life. In addition to this, we with collaboration with different social service organization will continue our struggle to ensure these individual are provided with all the benefits of the country.

Vision statements of CLDC

Child learning disability center is working according to the long-term vision that is set by the founder of the center. Our vision comprises of the following main elements.

We aim to increase the confidence level of the entire individuals that are suffering from learning disability

Through our continuous efforts and unique programs, we aim to empower these people to enjoy the beauty of natural life, and to accomplish their dreams.

We aim to express their problems in front of higher authorities and hope to make them realized their responsibilities towards these individuals.

Mission Statement

To achieve our vision we have developed a unique mission statement in which we work as a united and diversified organization for learning, teaching, and serving the patients that are suffering from all aspects of learning disabilities.

Discussion

Prime objective of the CLDC organization is to serve all those individual that are suffering from all aspects of learning disabilities problems. A child learning disabilities center believes that problems of these people will not be resolved until people are not aware of this disease in detail. Thus, this section will briefly describe the concept of learning disability (Mayer, 2008).
