Introduction

This paper is related to taxes which particularly focus on the reason why taxes are withheld directly from the pay rather than collected on annual bases. This is an important concern as it is known that taxes imposes financial obligations on the taxpayers by a state, in this context, employers are required to withheld taxes directly from the pay as the process of tax collection on annual bases creates difficulties in tax collection procedure.
