Good customer service in any business should not be an additional service, but should be the hallmark of the company. To achieve this, many companies are prepared and trained to provide quality service to its customers. This is generated by the buyer to be faithful and loyal to the brand. The current complaints of the customers certainly showing that there is still some important points to consider where the hotel lacks in accomplishing the needs of the customers. In comparison to the 5 - star hotels, customers need time management of good quality food, security inside the hotel, behavior of food serving team and other factors related to customer care are prior needs of the customer while visiting a hotel.
