The role of Human Resource Department of any company is to offer work incentives, information regarding safety procedures and sick or vacation leaves.

There are various companies which exert lots of efforts in order to meet the needs of the employees to create a positive atmosphere for increasing their productivity levels. Human Resource Management is the appropriate source to achieve this factor. There are huge corporations who can afford the cost of training and benefit programs but smaller corporations can surely not afford it. It is indeed very necessary to provide specialized on-site training especially when it is offered by the senior members of the company. Therefore, these steps can certainly enhance the performance of the employees in an appropriate way.
