The services at first gave shifting and sporadic levels of scope until it got a financed thing in the National Defense Authorization Act of 1972. Under the project, the Army paid hundred percent of the educational expenses charged by a school in the form of fee, but unfortunately, The Army has announced that they are suspending the TA program for the soldiers newly enrolling in classes because of the sequestration as well as other issues of budgetary pressures.
