Bioterrorism

Bioterrorism is a fervent word of today, both in media and our everyday language, due to recent events; however, it is not new. It originates in the U.S. who, for years, the name given to possible terrorist attacks using biological material.

1.Create a scenario of a hypothetical bioterrorist attack involving botulism or plague. Your scenario should include characteristics that are more indicative of an intentional outbreak, rather than a natural outbreak.

Last month, I experienced a situation in which there was bioterrorism involved. The situation was horrible and fearful. It was a bioterrorist attack by some unidentified individuals on a cattle farm. As we know that not everyone bioterrorism aims to affect the humans. The objectives of the bioterrorist were aimed to affect the survival and stability of human populations with deliberate dispersion of livestock. It seems that these individuals were well aware of the fact that whether livestock die or become unhealthy for human consumption, the consequences are profound disturbances of famine and economic and social order. The infection that occurred to the livestock due to bioterrorist attack was anthrax. It seems that these bioterrorists were well aware of the fact that this infection could cause the maximum possible damage to the livestock on the cattle farm.
