Police Force

A case study was presented on 17th September 2011, which stated Cops raping prostitutes is a significant portion of rapists with a badge, but there are also cops, DAs, corrections officers, probation officers, border patrol agents and other government officials who rape and sexually assault men, women, transgender persons, and of course, children. One lawman was California Highway Patrol Officer Craig Peyer, who terrorized female drivers in the San Diego area in the mid 1980s. Although he did not rape her, he was convicted of killing Cara Knott, and it seems that he had a penchant for pulling women drivers over and spending hours talking to them about their sex lives.
