Introduction

Business environment of the current century is very different from the past years. Organizations are changing the traditional management systems with the development of ethical and moral agreements with their staff and the society. Organizations develop value and advance the economic progress, and an organization's management system quality affects the growth of its companies postulate that the core of the modern managerial role is the three P's: process, purpose and people.

Developing strategic choices is the key responsibility of management systems in modern organizations. Strategic planning is one of the important tools for simultaneously improving internal integration and external fit. Poor conception or implementation of established plans are mainly blamed for situations of environmental and organizational misfit. Strategy making is among the most important factors that decide the market status of an organization. Framing strategies is regarded as the most important instrument in maintaining, communicating and building the path of a company.

One of the fundamental purposes of strategy is to use the basic models of a business that reflects its aim, mission, objectives, and goals and state them in the operational sense that are helpful for action as well as analysis. Designing and management of systems require skills and knowledge, besides this; contextual and cultural factors and stakeholders also influence systems design and management.

Influence of stakeholders on systems design and management

Stakeholders are basically individuals or they may be any organization, who stands to lose or gain from the failure or success of a system. For example in the designing of a cell phone that allows customers to scan checks and pay bills, in this case the stakeholders may be designers, managers and users of a particular system. By definition, stakeholders have a deep impact and are also impacted by the project, for the designing and management of any system the perspectives of the stakeholders is of worth importance, they may have negative or positive views regarding any project or system, and in most cases they don't agree with one another, therefore making it difficult for any organization to resolve the problem with varied opinions (Taticchi et al., 2012).

For a design and plan to be successfully implemented it is necessary that it meet the business needs of the company and must also be supported by the members of the management team and most importantly the stakeholders. User friendly design professionals always pay attention to the stakeholders because their perception is necessary for successful system design and management (Douglas, 2004).

Stake holders are often having a difference in views. For example, consider the design of a cell phone that allows customers to scan checks and pay bills, employees may have a high degree of great experience and high level of control over their work practice, the administration and management may value standardization and efficiency of the plans, design or workflow.
