Introduction

Mankind possesses an astute mind, no matter how much the new innovation try to scrutinize through every act of the individuals, they still endeavour to seek a way out, to either satisfy their need or their objectives. The most imperative issue for a person is to adhere to his moral and ethics in every stage of life, especially when he embarks on the professional stage of his life. However, Most of the time even when an individual knows the fundamental values or morals, he seems to be coerced by an unexplainable urge to satisfy his deep inner imbedded desire.

System of Injury

The primary utilization of the system of injury takes place in an organizational setup. On a fundamental level, the system of injury assists the organization in the appropriate evaluation of the decision making, the approach towards problem solving, and most importantly, it widely assists the organization in order to astutely evaluate the behaviours, which exists under the roof or name of the organization.

Primarily, the system of injury comprises of a predetermined set of questions, which enable the administration of the organization, to evaluate the ethical sense of the existing procedures, and the approaches towards decision making. On a broader scale, it is also considered the pivotal indicator of any possible misconduct in the organization (Jackson, 2000).

Why is it needed?

It is primarily required, because of its sheer assistance and usefulness, regarding the assurance of progression with in the firm/organization. As discussed earlier, it enables the organization to figure out any breach in the policies or the misconduct. Furthermore, it assists the organization to pinpoint and analyze the misconduct in comparison to either the organization standards or the legal requirements of the area. However, in the most common scenario, an organization prefers to focus on the standards, as per the internal code of ethics, even if they have to go to the extent of hiring a third party, for the development of code of ethics for the organization.
